We bought carpet from them 3 years ago and it has held up very well. We had some puppy damage and these folks bent over to help us find a matching for the now discontinued carpet to patch the damage. Good folks.

We hired Floors for Living in Pasadena to replace the carpet in our master bedroom closet with luxury vinyl plank, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Alec was extremely helpful from the beginning—he listened carefully to what we were looking for and walked us through all the available options. I chose floors for living for my new luxury vinyl plank floors. I replaced the living room along with the kitchen. I enjoyed working with Vince Hatfield. He gave me a lot of very good tips and suggestions. The crew that came to my house was also excellent and very meticulous about the way they did things.
