Karl Fulk was instrumental in getting two different crews to my home to repair my plank floor that had developed two small areas that needed to be fixed. I had a few replacement planks and Karl found additional material (my flooring had been discontinued) so both areas are repaired and look perfect. I had wooden floors installed and they are beautiful. (laminate) I didn't realize how much work and a mess it was. I felt like the two installers in our home were respectful, kind, hard working and did a great job cleaning up every day. It was scheduled to be completed in three days but they stayed late one night so they could finish it in two days. It was more expensive than I thought initially but I didn't do price checking or research for many years. You also have a choice of white or colored moldings to fill the space between the baseboard and wall. I chose white. Overall, I am very pleased with my installation.
