Bryan helped us choose the right flooring for our new home. The communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. The installation went very smoothly and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. Five stars is real for this company they actually care about you and stand behind everything they say.

Have recently been ripped off by a guy name Dagoberto (forgot his company’s name) and was completely closed off to any flooring company. I know all are not bad apples, so I decided to walk into Floors For Living. Immediately walking in, I was greeted very warmly by Ms. Stephanie. I told her the issues with my current floor, who installed them, and how very wrong they were installed. More importantly, the guy was no longer answering me or blocked me. I don’t have time to go back and forth with courts and it was probably going to cost me more money to take him to court, so I decided I’m just going to go to a big chain company and see what can be done.Ms. Stephanie explained the history of the company, the products they carry and why, and their out-of-this-world-warranty! After hearing all of this, I was so sure this was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I didn’t get my hopes up. I chose a product, told her the amount I needed, and she gave me a quote… the initial quote was actually $1500 LESS THAN what I was charged by the scammer, Dagoberto. But then she said with their special they had going on, it was actually $3300 EVEN LESS!!! I was so shocked or in disbelief!!! I’m not gonna lie, I was happy but angry at the same time because I got completely ripped off by some guy who did a terrible job and just ran off ignoring me! But I could have came here and had a lifetime warranty!!!! Ugggghhhh! Anyway, yes I got my janky floors taken off, and had Floors for Living do the new floors, which are absolutely beautiful (I did the financing because I’m not rich and just can’t pull thousands out of my behind!). Oh and they gave me a cleaning solution, FREE for 10 years!!!I want to thank Stephanie for her help during this exhausting process and I will be recommending all of my neighbors, friends, and family to come see her if they’re ever interested in a new floors. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I highly recommend FFL. We just had them install Luxury Vinyl in our home last week and they did a wonderful job! When we went to pick it out, they were so knowledgeable about the different types of Flooring and we were very impressed. We just love our beautiful, new floors! Brian at the Atascocita location helped us get new floors in our bedrooms! Extremely knowledgeable, was great to work with on picking out samples. The crew showed up on time, the guys were super professional and got all 3 bedrooms finished in 2 days. Cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job! I would say if you need new floors, then head to the Atascocita location and ask for Brian! When it's time to replace the carpet in the living room I will be heading back to Brian!!
