We had 2 teams of installers who were polite , professional and did expert installations of the flooring. They took care of moving our furniture about without damage and made sure everything was put back in place as well as cleaning up the trash and debris. Isaiah did a great job working around my schedule and made the process super easy! The installers were amazing- I had a lot of tile to demo and they kept everything much cleaner than I anticipated, and were very careful moving the furniture. It also didn’t cost nearly as much as I thought it would. Would definitely use again!

When you need new flooring, remember five words - Floors for Living & Rick Benson. We went to the Floors for Living in New Territory Blvd location in Sugar Land for new carpet. I have been screwed over in the past by carpet companies and their installers, and it took me four trips to the store to get comfortable with Floor for Living and Rick Benson, and those four trips were worth everything. Rick came to the house, measured, and returned every call I made to him...simply put, he was extremely customer oriented and a genuinely nice guy to work with and he is now our flooring go to guy!

Rick was always polite, truthful, upfront and conducted himself with good old-fashioned Texas integrity. I told him about some of the Google reviews, and he was surprised to hear about the negativity and promised I would not regret my decision if I went with Floors for Living and him. The price Rick gave us for the carpet with installation, furniture moving, etc., beat any other carpet dealer - and I got five quotes for the exact same carpet with the exact same measurements!

Well, I finally placed the order, paid up front, and was scheduled. Rick gave me the choice of dates and explained their installer would call the day of installation with an arrival time. Needless to say, everything went as he described and the installers were the best I've had in over sixty years on this planet. The installers were prompt, professional courteous, very clean, cleaned up after themselves and get 1500 sq. ft. installed in one day.
