We recently had a burst pipe that required a lot of work to be done to renovate the room. It was a slow hard process However selecting new carpet and having it installed was a delight. Marcos at The Woodlands store spent time with us picking out just the right carpet and color. When we were ready for the installation (several weeks later) the appointment was easily made and the new carpet was installed perfectly in just a couple of hours and looks perfect with our new color scheme. Isaiah was awesome to work with. He did a great job of providing a clear scope of work we needed and arranged everything perfectly. The carpet installers showed up a did a great job as well. They were fast and efficient. My only “complaint” is they showed up early the day of the install, but I was expecting them and it wasn’t a problem. I would much rather them be early than the alternative…
