Our experience was great. Tim from Floors for Living on 6318 FM 1488 was so helpful with any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the flooring we were interested in and also had many other options to consider. He gave us samples to take home to see how they looked. We found the floors we love and the purchase was easy. The installation was also a great experience. I highly recommend this store and Tim.

Dealing with Conway was such a breeze. He came over to our home at our convenience to show the flooring that would best fit our home. Quotes, samples, and agreements were met that very day along with the schedule to put the floors in. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Amazing service! The store had tons of options, and we are extremely happy with our choice! Scheduling was great, everything was removed according to our agreements and got the new floors installed the day before Thanksgiving! Install crew worked hard and fast and did a great job installing the floor! Install crew always asked if everything was good and provided an answer and fix to what was pointed out.
